An exciting new opportunity to join our one of our highly successful Insurance Divisions, apply now to become the new Head of Commercial Key Accounts

NIG Commercial Lines operates exclusively in the broker market, primarily providing SME Commercial insurance. We are aiming to grow our business substantially, and in particular to extend our focus in the Medium Enterprise sector.

NIG support the general insurance needs of UK businesses through a comprehensive portfolio of insurance solutions, specifically developed for the SME market. Insurance Brokers need to be aware at all times of the portfolio NIG has to offer and to see us as the first choice when advising their customers. 

We have an excellent opportunity for a new Head of Commercial Key Accounts to build and deliver specific proposition/distribution strategies, create, develop & oversee distribution strategy. Manage and deliver the agreed revenue and profit volumes in respect of each specific proposition in accordance with annual development plans and longer term development plans. To facilitate multi-level relationship building between broker organisations and NIG, to assistant the Head of Commercial Lines with development & implementation of business plans

Responsibilities

Line management of key account managers, drive and manage the delivery and implementation of a tactical proposition/distribution channel strategy and contribute to the identification and implementation of future distribution strategies. Develop key relationships with agreed broker organisations and ensure effective selection tools are developed to ensure profitable alliances.

The Individual

You will be a strong leader with excellent influencing skills. 

Recent relevant experience in the Insurance Industry would be a distinct advantage
