Hong Kong is regarded as the gateway into the China with many multi-national and local companies having their head office there.

This Multinational Big 4 Accountancy Practice is looking for an experienced professional within their U.S Tax Consulting Group. The Group provides a broad range of US tax consulting services (including fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, cross-border structuring, trust planning, etc) and US tax compliance services (including preparation of US partnership and corporation returns, PFIC statements, etc) to both multinational and local clients.

Your role within this specialist team will include Managing advisory engagements without significant Partner supervision, Reviewing US Corporate, Partnership and State Tax returns as well as other tax compliance matters, Corresponding with the tax authorities on clients' tax matters and coaching senior consultants and managers.


To be considered for this role you will:

*A recognised accounting or equivalent degree, or a law degree with emphasis in US tax
*AICPA or admitted to the Bar
*At least 8 years of experience in US Corporate tax
*Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
*Team orientated
*Sound analytical skills and organisational skills
