This Multinational Accountancy Firm is looking to recruit a dynamic International Tax Manager for its Financial Services Tax Advisory practice, to support recent growth in this area. If your expertise lie in providing tax advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions or transaction advice and international tax to key Financial Services clients, they will want to speak to you!

Playing an integral part of this International Tax Group, you will provide advice in relation to:

• International tax implications for M & A deals and financing and holding activities, Tax & Strategic Transactions in particular to Private Equity Funds & Real estate Funds, Tax Structuring (Local & cross border), Pre and post completion tax planning, International tax due diligence.

As a Manager within this team of tax professionals you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of complex tax concepts enabling you to:

• Manage & Develop relationships with key clients as well as develop new opportunities, Participate in structuring large transactions relating to strategic acquisitions and divestitures, Manage client service teams and contribute to people & development. 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will:

• Be Fluent in French & English
• Hold a university degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience – ideally working for an Accounting Firm or Tax Consultancy (not in-house role) and dealing with a portfolio of clients, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
