The Bloomberg Analytics Desk provides the highest level of customer service in the financial industry. Working in a consultative manner, your role is to be the escalated support and point of training for the Analytics Department and Bloomberg Professional users.

You will be challenged each day on your knowledge of the financial markets as you work with Analytics Specialists to explain financial concepts and with key market players to find the best solutions for our clients. Your expertise will further develop in time management, financial knowledge, problem solving, public speaking, and customer service through daily interactions with customers as well as your hosting group seminars and one-on-one client consultations.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years work experience in major Chinese banks
- Prior experience in bond trading desk with RMB Bond Trading an advantage
- Familiar with financial terms in Chinese
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to Excel under constant pressure
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Outstanding ability to learn and to teach
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Fluent English & Mandarin is a must
