This long short hedge fund has had a record year, and has continued to hold its position as one of the most successful funds in its class.  Established a number of years, they operate a number of funds and have recorded massive returns for investors. 

They are now looking  to recruit an Investment Analyst to their team, who will work on the following:

- Assisting the Senior Analysts with all aspects of the investment making process

- Valuations, financial modelling, due diligence on investments

- Deep 'bottom up' analysis of company and equity valuations

- Assessing and evaluating share price movements, deciding whether to long/ short a stock

- Identifying events which act as a catalyst for a change in value

- Portfoilo Management

We are looking to add an exceptional individual who will have a background as follows:

- investment banker from a leading bank

- chartered accountant with a big four firm

- strategy consultant from firm such as McKinsey

- sell side equity analyst

It is unlikely that we will consider an investment professional from another fund
