About the challenge

Our Wealth International Contact Centre takes incoming calls from existing customers, providing them with the highest levels of service as well as identifying opportunities to offer new products. It will be down to you to manage the Centre’s Team Leaders who are collectively responsible for a team of 75. Your focus will be on driving performance whilst ensuring we maintain a positive, supportive culture that makes this such a rewarding place to work. Leading by example, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, efficient and of a high standard. We’ll look to you to provide effective risk management and, by developing a long-term Contact Centre strategy, you’ll lead our growth and success.

About you

Contact centre experience is essential, as are exceptional people management and leadership skills. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial outlook, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to support and deliver strategic initiatives. You’ll also need to bring experience in change projects and a proven track record of shaping a high performance and ‘employer of choice’ culture. You can adapt well in a changing environment and not only will you take ownership of your self-development, you’ll have the drive and ambition to make the most of the career opportunities that will be open to you here.
