Our client is one of the world leading  global asset management and securities services company servicing many of world’s top financial service organizations. Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Head of Trade Products you will take Region-wide responsibility for all Product-related business management issues. In addition you will act as the lead conduit between the Trade Product group and regional Asian management and sales teams for all product related issues. The incumbent may alternatively manage select core services, which are essential to the on-going departmental enterprise, or may manage products delivered to a critical market or business segment. Additional responsibilities will involve: 

• development and tracking of regional product development needs and priorities
• coordinating with regional and H/O Marketing teams for development of targeted regional sales, advertising and marketing materials
• management of cost-effective regional product delivery programs, including development of product demonstration
• tracking and responsibility for regional product profitability in accordance with corporate standards
• timely identification and communication of regional business, competitive, product and other trends that will affect our business
• development of longer-term product planning for the region. Liaise actively with Operations and Technology around product delivery, processing and development issues

Requirements:

• Requirements include an MBA or BS/BA and equivalent work experience of eight years in Cash Management or in related fields involving multiple cash management products
• Demonstrate competence in financial management of complex products
• Proven track record of people management, strategic planning and project planning, ability to identify and interpret marketplace trends
• Excellent written communications skills and public speaking skills are mandatory
• A CCM certification or equivalent industry certification is highly preferred
