Financial Analyst (ref 0910-15ET) German / English

based in Luxembourg but working on the German market

Your main role:

• contribute to the evaluation of real estate acquisitions for investment portfolios relating to German non-residential properties
• create and sustain analysis on the ongoing operations
• develop and maintain a financial analysis reporting package for senior management
• liaise and present information to the board of directors
• participate in the financial and operational aspects of the property in order to maximize value
• ensure Luxembourg / German statutory reporting  

Your profile:

• 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role or an External Audit capacity for real estate funds
• strong mathematical, analytical, financial management experience
• fluency in written and spoken English and German
• self motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• initiative and problem solving abilities
• PC literate
