Senior Asset Manager - Real Estate 0910-16 LT

 based in Luxembourg but to manage German properties

Your main role:

• involves the entire real estate spectrum from investments to portfolio and strategic asset management
• will have exposure to tenant negotiations and managing sales processes
• as well as performing asset management tasks and managing 3rd parties
• contribute to the evaluation of real estate acquisitions for investment portfolios
• create and sustain analysis on the ongoing operations
• maintain a financial analysis reporting package
• liaise and present information to the board of directors

Your profile:

• minimum of 5 years experience in real estate asset management
• knowledge of German real estate market - non-residential 
• strong knowledge of valuation methods, investment finance and financial reporting
• ability to write structured documents
• strong mathematical, analytical, financial modeling skills
• fluent written and spoken German and English
