Housing Advisory - Senior Executive - London - Competitive salary
Ernst & Young's Housing team sits within our Transaction Real Estate team and we are currently looking for experienced individuals at the Senior Executive and/or Executive levels. The Housing sector is currently experiencing a large amount of change so this is a great opportunity for you to expand your career in a professional services firm.

The right transaction can enhance an organisation's growth, competitiveness and profitability. As a housing professional at Ernst & Young, you will provide clients with objective and responsive advice on their real estate-related strategic decisions. You'll be a member of a market-leading, multidisciplinary team in a fully integrated global transaction business worldwide.

You'll gain valuable experience across geographies and various aspects of the housing business and we'll give you the support and opportunities you need to achieve your potential.

Responsibilities:

*Work within small client-focused teams of 2 or 3 providing advice, technical input and client support as required.
*Advise public sector clients and private sector consortia:- 1. On housing strategies, 2. By providing detailed financial analysis, 3. In support of bid submissions, often working to challenging deadlines.
*Negotiate terms, conditions and prices with potential funders and capital market underwriters for finance.
*Review, analyse and evaluate bids received for projects on behalf of project sponsors.

Experience/Qualifications:

*Experience gained within the housing sector either from within a property developer, advisor or housing association.
*Experience of providing advice to internal or external clients
*Experience of developing and application of business planning and option appraisal.
*Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals, organisations and clients.
*High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed
