Position Title: FCG Singapore, FX & Emerging Markets P&L Controller, Senior Manager

Job Level: Senior Manager

Location: Singapore - Singapore

Education Required: Bachelors Degree

Position Description:
• Managing and supervising the development of a team of 8 Controllers.
• Management of the total workflow of the team, ensuring resources are effectively utilised and service maintained.
• Review, preparation and distribution of reportable TD+1 P&L with analytics and commentary to the regional BUCs/Business Unit for sign off.
• Providing support to the team and the regional BUC's on technical issues, acting as a point of escalation for all concerned parties across the aforementioned regions.
• Review and monitoring of controls and KPI's, ensuring a high quality product delivered in a timely manner.
• Review and reporting of Position Control breaks and manual adjustments data to the regional BUCs.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly & quarterly P&L commentary for submission to Senior Management.
• Other P&L related tasks, including strategic and operational involvement in projects affecting the team, UAT testing etc.


Skills Required:
8+ years of related financial experience, including 5+ years Product Control experience. Proven experience of managing and motivating a successful team


Skills Desired:
Interest Rates and/or FX (including FX Options) knowledge preferred.

Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA an advantage
