My client is the principal investment arm of a Top-Tier financial institution. Due to expansion, they are hiring the following:

  • at least  3 years experience from Top- Tier Investment banks or private equity firms

  • Solid exposure to M&A / corporate finance and / or principal investing in HK & China, particularly in Energy and mineral sector.  Canidates do not have experience in energy and mineral sector may be considered for other roles

  • Mature skill set in deal execution, financial modeling and business valuations.

  • Strong academic recrod from highly regarded insitutions

  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is a MUST
