My client is the principal investment arm of a Top-Tier financial institution. Due to expansion, they are hiring the following:

  • at least  10 years work experience from Top- Tier Investment banks or private equity firms, within 5 years should be managerial

  • Solid exposure to M&A / corporate finance, pre IPO investments and / or principal investing in HK & China

  • Mature skill set in deal execution, financial modeling and business valuations.

  • Strong academic recrod from highly regarded insitutions

  • CFA / ACCA chartered will be an advantage

  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is a MUST
