- Strong support team management background - You must ensure that all systems meet reliability, performance and availability requirements. A proven understanding of ITIL principles and framework.
- Strong leader – You must have experience of leading teams, preferably regionally, and have experience of prioritising team tasks, project planning and staff career management. It is essential that you ensure high levels of ownership, accountability and service are maintained within the team.
- Strong communication skills – You must be able to communicate effectively with senior management, business users as well as your team both regionally and globally. In addition you will need to provide regular service metrics to management.
- Strong understanding of Windows platforms – Their environment consists of Windows (2000/2003/2008 Servers), Citrix and Virtualisation technology, VM ware/MS Virtual, Blade Technology, SAN Technologies, Active Directory, Hardware technology.
