A Head of Asset Management is required for a dynamic international investment company which has a recently set up an office in Luxembourg !

This senior role will suit an individual with 10 to 15 years experience in real estate funds and outstanding leadership skills.  You must be eager to work in a small structure and have a very hands on approach to operational issues.  Ready for the challenge ?

Head of Asset Management - Real Estate (Ref 0910-17ADV)

English/German speaking

While reporting directly to the Global Fund Manager in the US, you will:

  • provide strategic expert advice and assessment on  real estate transactions

  • be the key person in the deals approval process

  • participate in the smooth running of the office

  • manage a small team of real estate analysts and asset managers

Your profile:

  • 10 to 15 years experience within the real estate investment business
  • proven track record in German property management - commercial
  • thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of the business
  • fluent written and spoken English and German
  • ability to lead and motivate a small team of professionals
