We are working with one of the leading infrastructure investors in Europe. The team is based in London and they are recruiting for a system administrator.

This new recruit will be responsible for the management information system. Promoting its use to the team, managing the information within it as well as supporting its reporting and enquiry capabilities.

The system is due to go live next year, and this position will involve managing this integration as well as planning for additional functionality. As well as system maintenance you will be assisting in the production of half yearly investor reports, routine management reports as well as ad hoc queries. All of this responsibility will be in line with motivating and training users.

Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential in this role. You will be liaising with senior directors and colleagues across all levels. Excellent MS Excel and word skills are essential, and exposure to Access would be an advantage as there is a large amount of data that will be extracted from the legacy system. You will have been involved in preparation of high level reports to external parties, confident managing multiple data inputs as well as working with management information and reporting systems. Any exposure within private equity / VC or fund environments would be beneficial.
