Risk Technology Operate team in Singapore is looking for a strong application service delivery analyst to join the current team providing application support for a suite of credit risk management applications.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES To undertake various complex processing functions within the application, ensuring all relevant deadlines and stipulated controls are met.To ensure prompt delivery of key deliverables and availability of the systems within business SLA.To investigate and resolve problems associated with the applications in a timely and customer/business focused manner.To be instrumental in identifying system faults/enhancements and be involved in any system implementations from application/business viewpoint.To work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks to be undertaken.To undertake specialized training/education of all staff in job functions/procedures relating to the applications when required.To assist with reviews of application processes and recommend/implement improvements where practical.Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes leverage of successful products and processes from across Risk Technology & proactively supports knowledge sharing.Provides ongoing development maintenance of applications or tools & regularly hold information sharing sessions

2-3 years proven working experience in an application support environmentStrong analytical, logical and problem solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated self-starterVery good SQL knowledgeGood knowledge in Oracle and/or Sybase database serversGood UNIX and/or PERL scripting experienceKnowledge in WebLogic/Websphere application serverFuego ALBPMUNIX/LINUX OS knowledgeCredit Risk Management Experience is also a plus
