An exciting role has arisen within our Retail Distribution department for a Client Education Specialist. Retail distribution is a key department for CMC Markets, providing exceptional sales, service and education to our retail client base.

Role and Responsibilities

The role requires the individual to prepare new material to further educate our retail audience in the use of trading using Spread Betting and Contracts for Difference. This will be done through many different mediums including, live presentations, one 2 one sessions, written materials, webinars and other recorded formats.

It is the responsibility of the Education Specialist to help maintain our high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation through developing new education strategies to connect to our retail audience.

What Skills/Experience will you need?

• In-depth knowledge of the financial markets including Spread Betting and Contracts for Difference
• Knowledge of popular Technical Analysis techniques
• Ability to present to large groups of potential and existing clients
• Be able to sell our products during acquisition presentations
• Great communicator both written and oral with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver big project work and work to tight deadlines
• To be able to constantly generate new and exciting educational material
