Our client is a leading financial services consultancy with a highly respected practice known for successfully delivering strategic performance improvement and operational excellence change programmes for tier one financial institutions. Its client base includes major retail banks and insurance companies as well as investment banks and investment management houses. As part of its growth strategy it is seeking to hire a number of senior consultants.

You will have significant experience working with a consultancy firm, retail or investment bank, insurance company or investment management house delivering major performance and business improvement initiatives. Your experience will combine both business and technology skills and you will be an excellent manager having worked in an environment where delivery is key.

Suitable candidates must have a successful record of building and developing key client relationships as well as possessing strong influencing and communication skills. You will be working closely with clients and managing high profile change initiatives so excellent presentation skills are key. A broad range of contacts and business relationships in the financial services sector is particularly desirable.

You must have experience of one or more of the following:

• Change initiatives for Risk and Finance
• Post-merger integration programmes
• Definition and delivery of strategic programmes and projects of change
• Target operating model design
• Migration and implementation planning
• Advice involving the selection of IT solutions
• Identification and delivery of strategic change initiatives to derive greater business value
• Performance and operations improvement
• Process re-engineering and systems change
• Definition and implementation of leading edge customer, product and channel solutions
