We are working with a leading pan-European mid market private equity firm. They are recruiting an Italian-speaking Associate to join their team in London. The Associate will have a high level of involvement in all aspects of the deal process including origination, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio management and exits. This is a well-funded firm with a strong track record and deal pipeline.

You will need the following skills and experience:

• Fluent Italian - spoken and written
• Private equity / principal investing / financial sponsors or leveraged finance experience gained in the UK or Europe
• Candidates with experience in M&A in a top-tier investment bank may also be considered
• Strong modelling skills
• Strong academics
• Good commercial awareness

Base salary is competitive and there is a discretionary bonus.
