High calibre individual with legal and/or product management experience gained from investment management sought by leading fund management house.  Strong knowledge of the UCITS space, ideally to include ETFs and experience of fund listings is essential.

Role is based within the Product Governance area and key responsibilities will be to manage the legal and regulatory processes for the launch of new funds and provide support to the strong governance and control framework throughout the firm by ensuring rigorous processes and procedures are in place. This will involve the maintenance of internal control procedures (TCF, audit and general compliance), management of fund registrations and SE listings and management of financial statements and Board reporting. 

Superior communication and influencing skills are essential as the successful candidate will be responsible for cross-border liaison with various internal and external counterparties. Applicants will have significant relevant experience gained from a similar role and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a deadline driven, rapidly expanding environment.
