Our Client is an independent trust company and their core activities are the incorporation, management and administration of Luxembourg companies, Investment Funds and Special Purpose Vehicles. Company Administrator/Secretary 2 yrs experience

Company Administrator/Secretary 2 yrs experience (Ref 0910-19LT)

 Your responsibilities You will assist your colleagues ( relationship managers and accountants ) in secretarial and administrative duties to be carried out for client companies:
  • prepare various documents such as Minutes of Meetings, Powers of Attorney etc
  • prepare letters, invoices, payment instructions and their follow up
  • treat incoming mail and phone calls, filing and various administrative duties
 Your profile:
  • secretarial studies or equivalent (BAC+2/3)
  • two years experience in a similar "client" environment
  •  fluency in both French and English ( written and spoken )
  • good presentation and client orientated
  • good computer, organisation and communication skills
  • able to work independently as well as part of a team

Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
