• Working in partnership with local Decision Support as part of a virtual team in support of local CFOs
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all Sub-regional management information
• Proactively aid in reviewing and implementing change to ensure continuous improvement in underlying reporting processes
• Forge and maintain strong and effective relationships with all key partners within Decision Support across geographies, products and the centre
• Forge and maintain strong working relationships with the sub-regional finance teams, business heads and business managers
• Work with local Decision Support in the preparation, production, review and challenge of the budgets, re-forecasts and business plans for the sub-region – spending time in local offices for key periods dependent on need
• In conjunction with the Country Head, Local & Product / Team heads collaborate on product origination MI requirements and with the Client Team to aid visibility and understanding of the Country dynamics across both product and client MI
• In partnership with local finance teams, work with Products and Business Managers to ensure global consistency
Develop a proactive approach to customer engagement, establishing and sustaining effective service levels and managing delivery to these agreements
