Top investment banking boutique has a need for an investment banking Associate (Associate or Analyst promote) for its Generalist Investment Banking Group (TMT including FinTech and Business Services, Aerospace/Defense, Clean Energy). Significant Equity and M&A experience needed.

Must have prior investment banking experience in Equity and M&A (ideally at the Associate-2/3 or Analyst promote level). Investment Banking experience in either of Technology, Telecom, Business Services, FinTech, Clean Energy, and Aerospace and Defense preferred but not absolutely necessary. Must have excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. Must have strong financial modeling skills. Must be motivated, a self starter and passionate about investment banking.
