Overview:
The continuing transformational journey of the Group Technology & Operations (GTO) organisation within Deutsche Bank will necessitate significant organisational change to a number of newly formed business areas. As the HR Project Manager you will provide deep and active support of transformation to ensure appropriate interventions are made within the organisation not only before the change occurs but also after “go live” as new operating models and ways of working are embedded into the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be a member of the relevant Project Management Office (PMO) and will plan and coordinate all HR activities for the program. Partnering with Human Resources Business Partners, PMO members and change agents within the business, this role will help manage the change journey and interventions required at each stage. You will support HR Business Partners and Chief Operating Officers (COO’s) as well as other senior stakeholders in Organisation Development (OD) and Change Management activity as and when required and will pull in expertise from the broader Deutsche Bank organisation as required.
Your success in this role will necessitate the following activities being undertaken:
• Supporting organisation design robustness and associated operating model robustness (from a process perspective)
• Consulting around organisational sizing, challenging design where requires and providing support to bring clarity and accurate sizing to the “to be” organisation
• Implementing a robust plan of HR activities directly associated with implementation of the change program
• Ensuring planned interventions from an organisational change perspective are measurable and have specific delivery outcomes
• Assisting with stakeholder management activity in area undergoing change; ensuring support to COO’s, HR Business Partners and leadership team members to enable key stakeholders to support planned changes
• Providing assistance in communication interventions, including those which are standard across the GTO organisation and those which will be specific to the organisational areas undergoing change (both before and after “go-live”)
• Supporting role alignment activity in the post “go-live” environment to ensure embedding of new processes and ways of working
• Supporting HR Business Partners and senior leaders regarding approaches to Performance Management to ensure the embedding of new behaviours is supported and reinforced
Experience:
• Experience in Organisation Design, ideally as part of a large-scale transformation programme, involving aspects of people, process and technology
• Experience of organisational change, not limited to but including:
• Communications & Stakeholder Management (including business writing skills)
• Job and role alignment activity
• Performance Management
• Assessment and Selection
• Training Delivery
• Communications management knowledge and experience, including excellent business writing skills to ensure that communications are clear, credible and compelling
• Experience in managing project plans, associated project governance activities and flagging / managing issues and risks within large-scale change
• Ability to influence at a senior level, being an effective collaborator
• Ability to develop effective working relationships, have a broad network from which to leverage experience and market intelligence and positively represent HR in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
