Position Description:
The Sales and Trading Strategy Group within the Firm's Compliance Department is seeking a compliance professional to assist in multiple strategic projects within Sales and Trading Compliance. The candidate will coordinate and work with Compliance Advisory Coverage across Sales and Trading, as well as the Business, to meet key deliverables. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Project Management

• Work with project participants to prioritize work and meet deliverable due dates.
• Manage project development, expectations, issues and changes throughout all phases of projects.
• Track and communicate project status to participants and management.
• Gather, validate and communicate metrics.

Leadership

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
• Capability to set direction and motivate teams.
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems.
• Excel in an ambiguous environment by adapting to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Self-starter, highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relationship Management

• Interact with Compliance Advisory Coverage and the Business to clearly define project objectives and priorities within the scope of each project.
• Manage relationships with collaborating Compliance and Business personnel.
• Act as liaison between senior Sales and Trading Compliance personnel and key stakeholders within and outside the Compliance Dept.
• Proactively identify needs of Compliance and Business personnel across Sales and Trading.




Skills Required:
• 3-5 Years of Experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and management of priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
