An established medium sized financial services business offering tailor made solutions and a full suite of services to their clients, and as a result of their solid financial performance and outstanding customer satisfaction rating is actively looking to broaden their customer and revenue base. 

Role and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 accountants.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, focusing on key performance indicators to produce a timely and accurate view of performance.
• Manage the daily P&L reporting.
• Provide insightful analysis of the businesses products by providing financial advice and commercial acumen.
• Provide advice and support to the business on accounting policies with regards to new products and initaitives.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• CA/CPA  
• Up to 7 years financial and management reporting in financial services – ideally retail products.
• Ability to lead and manage staff
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
