Reporting to the Regional Head of Complaince and ORM, the incumbent will be responsbile for ensuring that the company's activities complies with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

- Ensure that customer due diligence and biodata sheets are completed in accordance with FEC Policy and MAS regulations.

- Assist to investigate transaction alerts from ERASE and closure of alerts based on satisfactory explanations from Relationship Managers.

- Perform remediation project on migrated accounts to ensure customer due diligence is in compliance with FEC Policy & MAS regulation.

- Perform account review in accordance with FEC Policy and provide client acceptance for Manila onshore accounts.

- Provide advice and compliance support to Marketing team.

- Monitor and follow-up on FEC E-learning and Compliance induction training for new hires.

- Assist the manager and other department staff on special investigations and reviews on an ad-hoc basis.

- Complete the tasks assigned in the Compliance Monitoring tool on a timely basis and report any exceptions arising to the reporting line manager.
