Key Responsibilities:
Assists the department head in carrying out European business strategy and in the overall operation of the department.
Implement tactical strategies with Financial Institutions/Strategic partners in Europe to help the regional sales teams achieve superior sales levels.
Monitor/develop top level sales/marketing plans with the largest cross border relationships
Maintain, strengthen, and expand existing industry-based relationships.
Managerial responsibility for the Account Management team.
Establish framework to ensure consistent global messaging.
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in addition to IMC, MBA or CFA
Minimum of seven years' related experience (preferably wholesaling or account management experience) with minimum of 1 years' man management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough product and industry knowledge.
Willingness to travel.
