An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CFO to join an independent oil and gas company who have been established since 2000 with 20 assets across 10 countries. You will be located in London, however international travel will be required.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CFO to join an independent oil and gas company who have been established since 2000 with 20 assets across 10 countries. You will be located in London, however international travel will be required..

You will join as a true business partner to the CEO and divisional Directors, and will drive the organisational performance against the annual budget and the company's long term strategy.
You will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.

the successful candidate will have the ability to communicate and engage effectively at board level, investment committees and government contacts. You will be a member of the executive team and participate in key business decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution. With five direct reports and 35 indirect reports you will mentor and develop divisional finance directors to develop a robust finance team.

This opportunity is a newly created position and requires an individual with a proven track record in driving and growing business. You will have been in a CFO or Finance Director position previously and will have experience in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
