The Account Management Department is central to our investment activity.
We are responsible for the setup, configuration, and daily management of our client’s customized portfolios and continuously seek out opportunities to improve
the portfolio management process, while ensuring that all portfolios are correctly positioned and in compliance with client guidelines.
As an Account Management Associate you will learn to:
-Help implement and analyze our trading strategies, working side-by-side with research.
-Contribute to cutting-edge thinking about portfolio construction
-Understand the mechanics of thousands of securities traded across the world
-Develop a holistic understanding of portfolios
Responsibilities:
-Analyzing client portfolio positions and returns across a broad array of asset classes (global fixed income, inflation-linked bonds, currencies).
-Developing advancements to our proprietary portfolio construction process that reflect our continuously evolving understanding of portfolio-Day-to-day responsibility for rebalancing client portfolios
-Structuring and setting up portfolios in our portfolio construction system-Engineering improvements to our portfolio construction infrastructure to increase its flexibility and efficiency
-Creating and developing diagnostic tools for all stages of the portfolio construction and management process
The Account Management Associate will quickly tackle independent project work and see it to its completion. As he/she gains familiarity with the markets, portfolio building, and our systems, the Account Management Associate will be expected to contribute observations and ideas on how to improve the management of our portfolios.
-Evaluating new investment strategies, markets, and financial instruments
Requirements:
We are looking for bright, energetic, and intellectually curious individuals who can learn quickly and are aggressive problem-solvers.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
-A Bachelor’s or Masters degree from a competitive school with a strong academic track record
-1-3 years of work experience, either out of banking, structured finance, credit, research, PE or hedge funds
-Strong computer skills
-Proven problem-solving ability
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
