Using Tradeweb enables clients to directly access the liquidity of all the major fixed income and derivatives dealer desk in real-time, an invaluable benefit in volatile markets.  As a pioneer in electronic trading, Tradeweb introduced the "Request for Quote" protocol to the marketplace, allowing institutional clients to place multiple dealers in real-time competition. Fast, efficient and cost-effective, Tradeweb has generated billions of dollars in execution value for clients since the first trade was executed in January 1998. Since then, 18 marketplaces have been launched, providing clients the option of trading in most of the major over-the-counter securities markets. In addition to trade execution, Tradeweb's Institutional Fixed Income business provides clients the opportunity to take advantage of trusted market data and one of the industry's most robust trade processing services. 

Tradeweb’s equity trading-related assets, include AutEx, BlockDATA and Tradeweb Routing Network.  AutEx is an industry leader in providing equity indications of interest (“IOIs”). Tradeweb Routing Network is a leading global FIX network, with more than 7,000 connections to over 800 customers around the world.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to the Dealer Relations Team
• Promptly carry out daily administrative tasks eg, creating Logins, researching and adding of new securities to the platform 
• Ensure the system is prepared for daily trading
• Support and proactively source opportunities to engage with Dealer community, seeking to build and maintain good working relationships
• Provide a variety of training to a broad audience
• Revise current processes and advise of new ways to streamline tasks effectively.

The individual will have the opportunity to develop their product knowledge and become more involved over time.  Hours of work will vary between 6.45 am and 6.30pm. Some overseas travel may be required.
