A well known and growing retail bank is currently looking to add a number of associate directors to its corporate and structured finance team in London

They are looking for candidates that have an exceptional understanding and experience of the full credit process, from initial screening through to credit committee approval. The team is expanding and they are expecting the hires at the AD level to make the move to Director in the near future, which makes for a very exciting opportunity indeed.

The bank as a whole has not suffered during the recent credit crisis meaning they are in a great position to expand their small, but established, team in the UK. The team focuses on the UK mid-market (companies with turnovers of £50m - £1bn) and typical deals would be bi-lateral or small syndicate lends with a total of up to £50m a time.

Candidates are likely to come from a competitor bank or from a debt advisory team in one of the top-tier accountancy firms. The ability to build relationships with clients as well as a keen eye for detail are highly sought after.
