Ernst & Young's diverse in-house recruitment team has a strong reputation in the marketplace. Due to growth and global investment into the UK firm, two opportunities have arisen for an experienced recruiter to recruit across either the Transaction Advisory Services (Corporate Finance) or Advisory (Consultancy) practice. This is a 12 month contract
Your day will be varied and will include working directly with Partners advising on recruitment strategy and issues, managing the end to end recruitment process for candidates and focusing on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources, both UK and international.
You will need to have experience of recruiting professionally qualified senior candidates and a proven track record of executing volume recruitment in conjunction with managing more specialist briefs. You will also be familiar with KPI's and have proven ability to generate a pipeline of candidates from direct sources.
