Our client is now looking for a proactive, communicative personality with strong international orientation as

(Re)insurance Accountant

Your main field of activities will be in accounting: general accounting with SAP, monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, accounting system administration and internal accounting procedures maintenance. You will also participate in the budget process and you will be involved in project work. With regard to reporting, you will manage investment performance reports, portfolio reports, risk reports and operational reports and liaise with different responsible teams within the group. You will be in daily contact with different group departments and companies worldwide.

The successful candidate will have a commercial education with specialization in accounting & controlling and about 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the financial services sector. You should have a very good knowledge of Excel and flair in using IT systems in general (SAP). Excellent English is mandatory, German (and French) would be an advantage. We are looking for a reliable, accurate and flexible person, who feels comfortable working in a group structure within an international team. You will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and will obtain more responsibilities step by step.
