This leading private equity firm have substantial funds under management and a long established track record in leverage buy outs and management buy outs. They invest in businesses across a range of sectors are active managers and have a high caliber and experienced investment team.

The role will be diverse and will include:

• Transaction execution including building integrated financial models, preparing term sheets, management of due diligence and arranging and structuring acquisition finance 
• Assisting in the execution of investment opportunities including industry and company research 
• Monitoring of portfolio companies and providing support to their senior management team 
• Evaluating exit opportunities 

We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with 3 + years experience, ideally gained within investment banking, strategy consulting or within a corporate. An outstanding degree in Finance, Accounting or Law as well as excellent analytical skills will be required. We envisage successful candidates will be highly driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
