Our business scope primarily covers fund raising, fund management, and other businesses approved by CSRC. HuaAn currently manages 14 mutual funds, ranging from closed-end, open-end, ETF, and foreign currency funds. II. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee the overall operation of the organization, implement resolutions of General Meetings of the Board of Directors;
2. Perform the responsibilities set out in the company charter and delegated by the board of directors.
3. Develop and implement annual investment plans, investment portfolio plans and fund operations plans;
4. Develop and maintain best practice in all disciplines to maximize investment performance and business capabilities;
5. Establish budgets and manage resources and infrastructure to ensure achievement of business plans and budgets;
6. Handle major and urgent company matters;
7. Lead and coordinate the departments to achieve objectives, evaluate the performance of departments heads;
8. Manage relationships with government, regulators and shareholders, representing the company to address key public issues;
9. Enhance the core competency of the company and foster sustainable growth of the business.

III. Key Selection Criteria

1. Meet the criteria of senior management qualifications required by CSRC;
2. Experience working in the financial industry (8 years or more);
3. Proven track record as a senior executive at financial institutions (3 years or more);
4. College Degree qualified, preferably in business, finance or general management, with post graduate qualification;
5. Able to demonstrate solid skills and experience in asset management with outstanding performance record in the fields of investment, sales, marketing, auditing, risk management, operation, and general management;
6. Familiar with and highly sensitive to policies and regulations in fund management and other financial fields;
7. Strategic mindset and strong business acumen;
8. Ability to grow and sustain client revenues, highly innovative;
9. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
10. Culturally sensitive and flexible, able to respond in a rapidly changing environment;
11. Good professional ethics without any negative record;
12. In good health condition and ideally under 50 years old.
