The role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Sets up documentation for and is involved in originating and execution of Corporate Finance transactions

Undertakes research and analysis of industries/companies, and develop marketing ideas and materials

Undertakes company valuations and financial modelling 

Prepares clients visits, marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation and review transaction documentation prepared by transaction counsels

Provides support to senior professionals, developing and maintaining client relationships, income streams or new business opportunities

Provides supervisory support to junior team members

Provides project management support to senior team members

Coordinates operational cross BU activities related to client transactions and problem solving

 Undertake research and monitor developments/trends in the market.

The successful candidate should have strong academics record with at least 2-3 years of relevant corporate finance experience in Asia . We seeks someone who is a teamplayer and has strong technical skills. You should possess good mandarin skills (at least fluent conversation).
