Deutsche Bank Group Audit runs an open and independent global audit function, enabling our business to proactively mitigate control risks at a strategic level. The team ensures the highest standards, providing a systematic approach to evaluating and reporting on the adequacy and operational effectiveness of our internal control systems and risk management/governance processes. As such, Group Audit plays an integral role in the achievement of our strategic goals, objectives and ethical standards.
Based in Singapore or Manila, in this high profile role within our Group Audit Finance team, you will work with senior stakeholders across the business to provide integrated, group-wise assurance. This will involve significant travel across the region, providing invaluable exposure to onshore and offshore customers and impressive long-term potential to develop your career.
Drawing on your broad financial services, IFRS and finance knowledge, ideally gained in both a ‘Big 4’ accountancy firm and a relevant banking environment, you’ll plan and drive audits, translating technical audit information into easily digestible reports for business leadership. This will involve partnering with other groups during audit engagement to ensure an integrated approach as well as identifying and evaluating risk within the control environment. Given the pivotal nature of the role, you must also have first-class communication and relationship building skills backed by industry credibility and gravitas.
