Our client is a leading Global Investment Bank and due to a recent restructure they are looking for a Senior Vice President to manage a specialised team responsible for rolling out exotic Interest Rate and Credit Derivative products.

This role requires an experienced people manager to manage small teams across Tokyo and Singapore. As well has having excellent soft skills you will also have a very strong technical understanding of Interest Rate and Credit derivatives in which you will be comfortable liaising with the front office and senior business managers.

Ability to understand pricing structures of these exotic products, how you would go about setting up the product across all internal middle and back office systems and the manual checks and controls that need to be put in place is crucial.

You will have an excellent ability to maintain relationships with managers across the asiapac region and be able to manage upwards and well as downwards through the organisation.

Only candidates who have exceptional product knowledge in CDS and IRD along with proven people management experience will be considered for this role.
