This position sits on the management team of the technology division of the Bank. It is responsible for leading and growing the three segments of project managers, business analysts and solution consultants in line with the aggressive expansion that the Bank is undergoing across Asia. It is essential that the successful candidates brings to the table experience and expertise in the usage of industry best practice around these three disciplines.

The focus of the role is concentrated around a program of mission-critical projects that will be implemented over the next few years. More detail on the nature of some of these projects can be shared as we go forwards with successful applicants for this role.

Key requirements are that you will need:

- a solid grounding in and around financial services.

- A successful track-record in directly managing large projects in a banking environment

- Experience of running a business unit as a cost centre, inclusive of handling all budgets and overseeing running costs vs budget

- Widely recognised accreditation for project management e.g. PMP, Prince2

- To show evidence of strong man-management skills through previously having successfully run large, multi-cultural teams
