We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Asset Manager in the Real Estate Domain

Description

- Responsible for investments to portfolio
- Negotiating and managing sales processes
- Analysing the portfolio in terms of cash flows and covenants

Profile

- Strong educational background
- At least 5 years experience in asset management at a real estate fund
- Excellent knowledge of valuation methods, investment concepts and financial reporting
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Abitlity to work under pressure
