Following extensive growth throughout the recent crisis we are looking to recruit experienced, successful recruitment consultants aswell as a researcher to work alongside a top performing consultant.

Candidates for the consultants role will have 2.5+ years recruitment experience (ideally in front office finance) and have a proven track record of strong billings and high level stakeholder management / business development skills.

The researcher should have 1.5+ years recruitment experience and be hungry to enter a very high value financial market and execute on an established desk, working alongside and learning from a top performing consultant.

Magellan Partnership are a boutique headhunting practice placing senior portfolio managers into hedge funds and FICC, equities sales and traders into investment banks.

We have been highly successful over the past few years, doubling our revenues in 2008 and this year we have achieved 84% towards doubling last year’s revenues.
