Our client is one of Australia’s leading independent stockbroking firms. Boasting a national presence, they benefit from the firm’s strong in-house research capability and a team of more than 100 institutional and private client advisors. 

Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll be working directly alongside experienced originators with the focus of the role being around equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory services to small and mid-cap Australian public companies.

This outstanding opportunity to join established and growing corporate finance team requires individuals with the follow attributes & experience:

• Minimum 3 to 7 years experience relevant to the conduct and management of equity capital market transactions
• track record of involvement in successful equity capital market transactions including initial public offerings and secondary raisings
• familiarity with financial statement analysis
• general understanding of relevant aspects of Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
• strong financial modeling skills
• personable and comfortable working in a small team environment
• familiar with transaction due diligence requirements and processes

Along with outstanding interpersonal and written skills, you’ll possess excellent tertiary qualifications in a finance and/or legal discipline, with relevant post-graduate qualifications being viewed favorably.
