What’s the job?
Got plenty of energy? Get set to take on this great development manager’s role. You’ll be in charge of the fantastic development team from our cutting-edge IT department. You’ll deliver projects and products that drive our trading businesses both locally and globally in Sydney, Amsterdam and Chicago. You’ll be the awe-inspiring coach who takes this team to the next level.
Have you got what it takes?
You’re an experienced developer and team leader with good general knowledge. You don’t need a background in finance. Instead, you have to be confident, positive, a fast learner, and a great communicator, organiser and team player. You know a thing or two about recruitment, have a head for all things technical, and have managed software quality before. Experience in version control, build system and release management would be great. Ideally, you’ve worked in a production environment as well.
