The ideal candidate will:

• Be degree qualified in a financial discipline with strong academic transcripts
• CA or CFA studies / qualifications preferable
• Be passionate about the M&A industry
• Ideally have more than 4 years professional experience in a Top Tier Investment Bank, focussing specifically on M&A
• Have robust financial skills
• Be able to work collaboratively in, and engage with, a team of like minded professionals
• Have extensive transactional exposure
• Be at the top of their peer group
• Have exceptional analytical skills
• Have proven modelling skills
• Have superlative communication and presentation skills
• Be capable of dealing competently and confidently with high-powered individuals
