Our client is an Asian based sovereign wealth manager with a large real estate portfolio globally. Investing across a broad array of real estate inclusive of joint venture, debt and equity opportunities they have a unique investment portfolio and aggressive growth plans. Working with their Japanese business they now require experienced real estate investment professionals to join the existing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too

• Investment and divestment
• Asset management of direct and indirect real estate assets
• Sourcing for and evaluating potential deals
• Structuring, negotiating and closing deals
• Developing strategies for assigned markets/investment sectors
• Developing relationships with existing and potential business partners

Ideal candidates for the will hold a reputable Honors Degree have excellent Financial analytical abilities and at least 4 years’ relevant working experience in real estate investment and management in Japan. Both Japanese and English skills are essential.
