Leading the APAC recruiting team, you will work closely with the various countries Human Resource to build the recruitment infrastructure to meet their aggressive expansion plans. You will be responsible for all recruiting programs and manage the APAC workforce plans, partnering with the Directors, HR APAC to identify ways to improve recruiting ROI. You will provide coaching and development to the country Human Resource Manager and line managers on best practice recruitment methods.
To qualify, you should have at least 10 years of recruitment experience, of which 4 years or more should be in a management leadership position. You possess a track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals across different job families and pay levels and ideally have experience from the financial services sector. Direct experience leading executive searches, strong vendor/partnership relationships and specific experience building creative sourcing tools such as internet based recruiting techniques would be essential. A strong communicator, you have excellent planning and organizational skills and possess the gravitas to influence and gain buy-in from senior business leaders.
