Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop the marketing strategy for CMC Markets’ products and services in Canada.
? Plan and implement all through the line campaigns.
? Monitor and report on the performance of media campaigns to ensure optimization of marketing spend.
? Develop creative for Print, Online, SEM , EDM and Television
? Manage all PR across Canada
? Maintain and optimize the retail websites
? Manage the national marketing budget
? Conduct regular market research
? Provide marketing support and strategic direction to the Retention and Acquisition teams
? Work with the global marketing team to ensure brand and strategic consistency
? Manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
? Manage the Education department and develop the market strategy for educational programs
Skills and Experience:
? University degree or qualification in marketing, business, or similar field.
? Previous experience in managing the marketing of similar products.
? Fully conversant with Microsoft Office programs.
? Experience of SEO and SEM (PPC) and an active interest in social media and developing technologies
