The Capital Markets arm of a European Private Bank is looking to bring in experienced sales staff to grow their Benelux, Middle East, UK and Hedge Fund Fixed Income Sales Desks. Our client is fortunate not to be burden with any of the ailments currently afflicting competitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven fixed income sales professionals who has maybe trained with one of the larger, more respected houses but now  finds their career path restricted and would like to work in a mid-size player where they have more autonomy and opportunity to progress.

It is envisaged relevant candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience and  will possess proven client relationships in either Benelux, Gulf, HF and UK regions. Experience of fixed income (ABS, EM and Financials, Industrilas, Corporates, Illiquids etc) is a must.

The role will include:

• Deep understanding of Fixed Income flow Sales 
• The successful candidate will be instantly credible, have an impressive network, hardworking, committed and have the drive and determination to be successful in a fast moving culture with constantly changing deadlines and priorities.
• Confident & ambitious; with the all-round business competence and strategic vision required for a role at this level
